Returns, Refund and Warranties

Pure Bot Solutions LLP is hereby responsible for the adequate operation of the said appliance, by the following terms:

1. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. To be eligible for a return, your item must have some manufacturing defect. The request to return is received to us and the items are returned to us within 10 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused, if the packaging has not been opened and/or damaged, accompanied by the invoice

3. The warranty is valid for a period of 18 months for the appliance for any manufacturing defect only and 6 months for the battery, as of the date of purchase.

4. Extended warranty can be bought at extra cost, please refer to the terms of extended warranty.

5. We shall provide repair and exchange services, of any part that will appear to us as damaged and that according to our exclusive discretion has been damaged under correct utilization conditions according to the instruction manual attached to the appliance.

6. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, after our inspection. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your store wallet for future purchase, within a certain amount of day, after deducting shipping charges & convenience fee @1% of the product value charged in the invoice. This convenience fee will be exclusive of GST.

7. This warranty does not cover damage caused as a result of falling, breaking, wrong handling, short circuit, force majeure, and negligence.

8. This warranty does not provide rights or demands, which are not included in this certificate of warranty.

9. Bringing the appliance to the service laboratory is the customer’s responsibility and the customer will do so at their own expense.

10. This warranty does not cover filters and brushes.

11. This warranty does not cover any damage caused by inadequate maintenance.

12. This warranty is valid only if presented along with a purchase invoice.

13. The instruction manual should be read carefully.

14. This warranty is applicable only for Pure Bot products

15. Note: Refunds will only be made in store wallet account for future purchase from the website or Pure Bot Solutions LLP

16. Caution!! – Any contact between the appliance and fluid caused irreversible damage, which is not covered.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

i) Consumable and wear items, such as bags, filters, brush rollers, cords, sealing strips and attachments, used or second-hand products, or purchased outside of the warranty period.

ii) The use of non-original Pure Bot parts or items not manufactures by Pure Bot, including but not limited to bags, filters, and spare parts, or machines that have unauthorized modification.

iii) Machines in which filters have been washed and/or bags have been reused.

iv) Typical wear and tear, accident, other casualties, misuse, neglect, improper use or maintenance, or any machine in which the serial number has been altered or removed.

v) Normal maintenance, such as the removal of clogs.

vi) Damage caused by external sources, such as liquids, hot materials, weather or proximity to heal, e.g., fires, ovens, radiators, etc.

vii) If appliance is opened or repaired through unauthorised service centre or person.

17. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your store wallet account again.

18. Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

19. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@purebot.in and send your item to: A-37, Virwani Industrial Estate, Off western Express Highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Mumbai, MH, 400063, India.

20. Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: A-37, Virwani Industrial Estate, Off western Express Highway, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Mumbai, MH, 400063, India.

21. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping, return shipping and convenience fees will be deducted from your refund.

22. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to
reach you, may vary.

23. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
