These Terms of Use (“Terms”) for use of www.purebot.in (“Website”) are between the Pure Bot Solutions LLP (“LLP/We/Us”) and its users (“You/Your/User(s)”).

Your use of the Website shall signify Your acceptance of the Terms and Your agreement to be legally bound by the same.

A. Introduction:

• The LLP is incorporated under the LLP Act, 2008. The Website is owned and operated by the LLP.
•  Use of the Website is offered to You on the condition that You accept the same without modification to any of the terms, conditions and notices contained in these Terms, as may be posted on the Website from time to time.
•  We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time as We deem fit and Your continued usage of the Website, purchasing something from us or you engage in our “service” shall deemed to be Your acceptance of the Terms and conditions. Including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. We recommend that, You keep yourself updated with the Terms, however We do not hold the responsibility of informing You of any amendments. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
•  The Website withholds all rights to not accept a User from registering on the A website without assigning any reason thereof (wherever registration is required). The Website has the discretion to suspend or terminate Your Account (as defined below) with or without providing You any reason or notice. B. Products offered on the Website:

•  The Website offers a range of products, tools & services for sale to the Users. The payment for any purchase made by You must be done on the Website as a onetime payment of the entire amount. When any such purchase is made on the Website, the product(s) that is purchased shall be shipped to You.
•  Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by You shall pass on to You upon the LLP’s shipment to the shipping carrier. If for any reason the shipping address provided by You does not fall under our delivery coverage area, We shall intimate the same to You and request You to provide us with an alternate address. Please note that, Shipment outside India requires prior clarification and additional charges and documents are required depending on the location.

C. Eligibility Criteria:

• The products and other services offered on the Website are not available to all those individuals who are not qualified to enter into a contract as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using the Website, You represent and warrant that
  (a) all registration information You submit is true and accurate;
  (b) You will maintain the accuracy of such information, and any changes thereto by regular updates of any such information;
  (c) You affirm that You are over 18 years of age or you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. •  The LLP reserves the right to grant or refuse usage of any of the services available on the Website. It can also terminate the usage by an existent User of the Website without assigning any reason.

D. User Account:

• You will be required to create an Account, if You only wish to avail the services offered on the Website.
•  In order to access the services and to avail the use of the Website, You may be be required to register yourself with the Website, and maintain an account (“Account”) with the Website. You may be be required to furnish certain information and details, including Your name, mobile number, e-mail address, residential address, payment information (credit/debit card details), and any other information deemed necessary by the Website (“Account Information”).
• It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that the Account Information provided by You is accurate, complete and latest.
• The Account Information provided by You, may be shared by the LLP with any third party for its internal record keeping purposes, internal procedures and or to enable them to inform You about any schemes, offers, discounts etc.
•  Upon completing the registration process, You can start availing the services offered on the Website immediately. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Account information and for all activities that occur under Your Account. You agree to
  (a) ensure that You successfully log out from Your Account at the end of each session; and
  (b) immediately notify the LLP of any unauthorized use of Your Account. If there is reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Your Account/ Website, We may request You to change the password or we may suspend Your account without any liability to the LLP, for such period of time as We deem appropriate in the circumstances. •  You acknowledge that Your ability to use Your Account is dependent upon external factors such as internet service providers and internet network availability and the LLP cannot guarantee availability of the Website at all times. • Wherever possible We shall try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in the Website’s down time but We shall not be obliged to provide such notice.
